UEHS students in the Work-Based Learning Experience program recently had the opportunity to job shadow at Endicott Preschool with Director Ronne Sisco.
During their visit, students rotated through classrooms with 3-year-olds, 4-year-olds, and full-day UPK classes, engaging with students, teachers, and teacher aides in various activities. This hands-on experience allowed them to see firsthand what it’s like to work in a preschool setting, gaining valuable insights into early childhood education.
Opportunities like this provide students with real-world exposure and help them explore potential career paths. Great job to all the participants!
