FEBRUARY UPDATES

(NEW) Board of Education Meetings – There will be a Board of Education meeting at the District Office on Monday, February 10 at 7:00 p.m.

There is no school on Friday, February 14 – Monday, February 17 for Presidents’ Day. School will resume on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
High School Snowball Dance – The snowball dance will be on Saturday, February 1 at UEHS from 8:00 – 10:30 p.m. The theme is “Frosted Forest.” Tickets will be $10 (pre-sale), and no entry after 9:00 p.m. Students MUST bring their UE ID badge to enter the dance. If your child plans on bringing a guest who attends a high school other than UEHS, the deadline for submission is Monday, January 27 at 3:10 PM. Forms can be pick up in the Main Office or downloaded from the UEHS website.

(NEW) Budget Meetings – The U-E budget workshops are an opportunity to learn more about the budget process and to offer input on the proposed budget draft later this spring. All workshops will be presented at our regular 7:00 p.m. board meetings, (unless noted otherwise), in person or via Zoom. We look forward to your feedback.

(NEW) Kindergarten Registration for 2025-2026 will begin in March! We have three options for you to register your child for kindergarten for the 2025-2026 school year.

Register for the 2025-2026 school year and obtain information about orientation, bussing, after school programs and more! Please RSVP 607-757-2811 to attend.

Please call the district office at 607-757-2811 or 607-757-2346 to set your time. In person registration is available at the District Office Wednesday, March 5 - Friday, March 28 from 9:00 am - 3:15 pm. daily. Walk in's will not be available.

**Online Registration**

Online registration will be available for the 2025-2026 school year for KINDERGARTEN ONLY beginning Tuesday, April 1, 2025, through the end of the CURRENT school year. Be sure to select 2025-2026 for fall registrations.

Visit https://www.uek12.org/o/uecsd/page/registration and click on the “register online” link. Be sure to select the 2025-2026 school year option. Online registrations will not be available or accepted until this date.

Before you begin the registration process, please have the following items on hand: Student's Original Birth Certificate (Board Policy 7120), Two proofs of residency in Union-Endicott (Board Policy 7130), Guardian photo identification,

Physical Form (must be current), Immunization records preferred at time of registration, Custody papers (if applicable)

(NEW) Matilda – Save the Date! The U-E Music Program is proud to announce our high school musical production of Matilda on Thursday March 27 – Sunday March 30 in the UEHS Auditorium. Shows will start at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday through Saturday, with a 2:30 p.m. matinee on Sunday.

Snow Days – There are 5 snow days remaining this school year.
Conflict Reporting System- As a reminder, there is a conflict reporting system on the webpage of each school building. It’s available to students, staff and families to report conflicts and other issues that can arise between students: Sprigeo - Report School Safety Threats and Bullying
U-E Prom – The senior prom will be held on Saturday, June 14 at the Holiday Inn Arena.
Tiger Ventures Graduation – The Tiger Ventures graduation will be at the LWW campus on Thursday, June 26 at 6:30 p.m.
UEHS Graduation – The UEHS graduation will at the Visions Veterans Memorial Arena on Saturday, June 28.
