The Office of Facilities and Safety is responsible for the operation and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems. This includes a wide range of functions such as electrical infrastructure, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, fire alarm systems, carpentry, plumbing, small scale construction and renovation, grounds maintenance, including snow removal, athletic field maintenance; janitorial and custodial work; special event setup and cleanup and general district services.
