Tiger Ventures student Laila Morin has put her artistic talent on the national stage by submitting her creative pin design to the NLC 2025 Pin Design Contest hosted by Business Professionals of America (BPA). The winning design will be featured at the 2025 BPA National Leadership Conference in Orlando, Florida, from May 7-11, where it will be distributed to attending members.
For her design, Laila drew inspiration from two iconic Florida symbols: the key lime pie, the state’s official pie, and the orange blossom, its official flower. She began by sketching these elements and brought them to life using vibrant markers. Staying true to the contest guidelines, Laila ensured her design prominently featured the phrases “Business Professionals of America” and “NLC 2025” to represent this year’s event.
The contest deadline was January 3, and the selection of the winning design is eagerly anticipated. Regardless of the outcome, we are incredibly proud of Laila for embracing this opportunity to compete at a national level, showcasing her creativity, and taking bold steps to put her talent in the spotlight.
