This past Wednesday evening, the Union-Endicott Girls Basketball Program demonstrated the true meaning of teamwork both on and off the court. Partnering with The U-E Food Center Volunteers, the team came together to support families in need by providing food and essential items.
The players and volunteers worked diligently, unpacking boxes filled with donations, organizing and stocking shelves, and lending a helping hand to individuals and families as they shopped for day-to-day essentials. Their efforts ensured that shelves were well-stocked as well as creating a welcoming environment for those in need.
This collaboration between the U-E Girls Basketball Program and The U-E Food Center is a testament to the power of community spirit and the importance of giving back. Thank you to the team and volunteers for making a difference in the lives of so many.
