CFJ staff loves celebrating the holidays with their favorite quirky tradition: the Annual SWUGLY (Sweater Ugly) Contest! On December 18, staff dug out their ugliest, most outrageous holiday sweaters to wear to work—all for a great cause.
To participate, each staff member sporting a festive eyesore contributed a $5 minimum donation, with proceeds supporting a community organization. This year, $182 was raised for The Mercy House of the Southern Tier, selected by last year’s SWUGLY winner, Halie Carden.
And the winner of the 12th Annual SWUGLY Award is… Yale Williams! Yale will proudly hold the coveted SWUGLY trophy for the year and choose the charity for next year’s contest proceeds.
Thank you to everyone who participated in this fun and charitable event. Together, CFJ spread holiday cheer and made a difference in our community.
