The gift of giving lies at the very heart of our U-E community, and this Thanksgiving morning was a beautiful testament to that spirit. U-E staff, alongside the incredible team at Food and Fire, came together to deliver 107 ready-to-eat Thanksgiving dinners, generously donated by Food and Fire. Each meal, filled with turkey, gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and corn, brought warmth and comfort to those who received it. For the third year in a row, this act of kindness has made a profound impact, reminding us all of the power of community and care. A heartfelt thank you to Tom and Melissa Sorensen, Greg, Alexis, and Erin Eckert, Jackie and Mike DeAngelo, and James Reece for their selfless contributions to making this day brighter for so many.
