In 2011, the Visions Federal Credit Union opened the UEHS In-School Branc hand since then, students have had the chance to intern and gain work experience while still in school.
About three years ago, the program added another level of learning with the creation of the Visions Summer Business Academy. UEHS interns visit Visions HQ in Endwell for two weeks of professional development, meet their supervisors, and learn about financial education. Throughout the school year, they continue building skills through hands-on experience with programs like Youth Services and Visions Loves Educators, while also participating in community events as Visions Ambassadors.
