UEHS choir students had a wonderful opportunity to meet the award-winning acapella group from SUNY Potsdam, The Potsdam Pointercounts.
The group performed a few songs for our student singers, with a special appearance by our own 
Joe Brainard, an alumnus of the group. Also, UEHS Class of 2023 graduate Toan Luu is a group member and enjoyed returning to his alma mater. Students then had a question-and-answer session, discussing college, performing, time management, and getting involved on campus.
Next, U-E’s acapella group “Entigerly Vocal” sang for the group, who then offered pointers and suggestions. This collaborative experience to work with college and professional musicians is an invaluable tool for our students.
