As part of the New Visions Business Academy, UEHS seniors Madison Buckly and Natalie Decker are two of 14 area high school seniors running their own business.
InnoVision, a Junior Achievement company, was created by these 14 seniors as an opportunity to run their own business for three months in a nationwide competition.
Students developed a company mission statement and values and then worked on product development.
After researching product ideas, developing and implementing a product survey, and working on a marketing and sales plan, the company created a mental health awareness tote bag.
