The GFJ garden club has been busy the last couple of weeks planting vegetables and herbs. Basil, parsley, squash, cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplants, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage, and peppers make for a diverse and exciting garden that students can’t wait to harvest.
Support from families, the GFJ PTA, and the Endwell Garden Club help make this garden a garden that can be enjoyed by the entire school community.
Each Thursday in the garden, starting June 29th from 7 to 8 p.m., the GFJ school community is invited to join our students to learn, share knowledge, and bond over gardening. We hope to see you in the garden!
