This past Saturday, our UEHS Italian Club members proved that not even damp and chilly weather 
could stand in the way of their dedication to helping others. The club organized a bottle drive to raise funds for Mercy House of the Southern Tier, and thanks to the generosity of our community, the event was a resounding success!
In just a few short hours, community members donated bottles and cans that raised an impressive $450 to support Mercy House’s important work.
We’d like to extend a heartfelt grazie to everyone who contributed to this fundraiser. A special grazie mille goes to Paula’s Coffee House for keeping our student volunteers warm with delicious hot chocolate during the event.
