"What are you thankful for?" That was the heartwarming question posed to UEHS ENL students 
during the “We Are Thankful in Many Languages” event, hosted by the ENL Department.
Students were invited to write notes of gratitude on colorful fall-themed leaves, in English, their home language, or both! Messages of thankfulness ranged from family and friends to school and health, each one reflecting the students' unique perspectives and cultures.
The gratitude-filled leaves now adorn the wall outside the classroom, creating a beautiful display for everyone to read and practice new languages.
A special thank you to ENL teacher Vanessa Doane for organizing this meaningful event that celebrates diversity and thankfulness.
