UEHS students Michael Ferranti and Kaitlyn Smith had the opportunity to learn about careers in dental health when they participated in the Hatala Orthodontics Annual Groundhog Job Shadow Day.
Joining other juniors and seniors from area high schools, they job-shadowed staff through a typical workday and observed the skills, techniques, and equipment used in an orthodontic office. Students also asked questions about education, future job growth, and career opportunities.
