**Kindergarten Registration 2025-2026**
Please note, in order to start Kindergarten in the FALL of 2025, your student must turn 5 before December 1, 2025.

We want to extend a warm welcome to our newest Tigers as they begin the process of enrolling in Union-Endicott. Here is a helpful timeline of events for families to know what to expect as well as details:

• Mid-February a mailing will be sent to families that we are aware of having an eligible Kindergarten student for the 2025-2026 school year.

• Wednesday, March 5 – In person registration begins by appointment only at the District Office.

• Tuesday, April 1 - Online registration begins.

• Last week of July – reminder mailing with Kindergarten Jump Start information will be sent.

• Week of August 18 – Jump Start Bussing information will be sent to families.

• Week of August 25 – Bussing information for the school year will be sent to families.

• Thursday, September 4 – First day of school.

Please call the district office at 607-757-3212 or 607-757-2346 to set your time. In person registration is available at the District Office Wednesday, March 5 - Monday, March 31 from 9:00 am - 3:15 pm. daily. Walk in's will not be available these days. 

**Online Registration**

Online registration will be available for the 2025-2026 school year for KINDERGARTEN ONLY beginning April 1, 2025, through the end of the school year. Be sure to select the 2025-2026 option for fall registrations.  Visit  https://www.uek12.org/o/uecsd/page/registration and click on the “register online” link. Be sure to select the 2025-2026 school year option.
Online registrations will not be available or accepted until this date.

 
**UPK Registration**
Registration for UPK programs is currently open for the current school year. 
If you are interested in the 2025-2026 year, please note, your child
must turn 4 before December 1 to qualify.
Call 757-2114 to register your child for one of our sites:
Endicott Preschool, Greater Opportunities for Broome (at LWW or rt. 26) and HCA (at LWW)

There are two ways to register your child.

**Make an appointment to register at the District Office (RECOMMENDED)**

Appointment times are available Monday through Friday, 8:30 - 4:00.  

Be sure to bring all the documents noted below in order to complete your registration process.

Online registration is through Family ID/Arbiter Sports. If you have not used this platform before, you will be prompted to create an account. Please call the registration office with any questions.

**Please note, this platform is for grades K - 12. If you want to register for Pre-K (UPK) please call the district office and indicate you need to register your child for UPK, and your call will be properly directed.**

Before you begin the registration process, please have the following items on hand: 

• Student's Original Birth Certificate (Board Policy 7120)

• Two proofs of residency in Union-Endicott (Board Policy 7130)

• Parent/Guardian photo identification

• Physical Form (must be current)  

• Immunization records Required Immunizations

• Custody papers (if applicable)

• If possible, records from prior school if the enrollment is a transfer from a different district.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to increase turnaround time, all records requests for students transferring from Union-Endicott Central Schools to a new school/school district must be sent directly to the Union-Endicott school building the student is transferring from and are not processed through the registration office.

The district will be purchasing all necessary school supplies for students in grades K-12 for the upcoming school year.  The only thing students need to bring is a backpack. If you are in need of a backpack, please reach out to the district office at 607-757-2811

While the district is once again providing free lunch and breakfast to our students, we still request that families that would need to usually apply for both free and reduced programs, still complete the necessary forms.
