GFJ TK through fifth-grade students honored veterans during an assembly. Student council members led the assembly with a White Table presentation. A table was set on the stage and the students described the significance of The White Table and the items placed on it.
Over 30 veterans, who are related to a GFJ student, attended. Veterans were given a certificate of thanks. All students were led by music teacher Sofia Robinson in a song that they had learned and practiced.
