CFJ Kindergarten and TK students and teachers celebrated a special wedding with the letters Q and U.
Students have been learning about how the letters q and u are together in words to make a specific sound. To make it even more fun, students celebrated their learning with a wedding. Students represented the letters Q and U and were joined by a wedding party and participants who walked down the aisle to represent words that began with those letters. All students were able to participate by promising to follow the q and u letter rules while reading and writing forever, and ever! After the wedding was over, each class had a reception with dancing and a wedding cake!
