WSKG and Cornell Cooperative Extension’s (CCE) 4-H Unity Endicott Teen Leaders proudly introduced their podcast series, "The Other Side," on December 4. This youth-run and youth-led podcast focuses on mental health, amplifying youth voices, and addressing the pressing concerns of today’s world. Moderated by WSKG’s Phoebe Taylor-Vuolo, the podcast features a dynamic group of students from UEHS engaging in candid conversations about mental health and the unique challenges faced by youth today.
"The Other Side" aims to provide a platform for young individuals to share their
experiences, fostering a sense of empowerment and solidarity within the community.
The episodic format ensures a sustained exploration of mental health issues, while the choice of diverse platforms makes the podcast easily accessible to a broad audience.
The inaugural podcast is available at WSKG The Other Side. The team will invite experts in the fields of topics being covered in each episode, which will be released every two weeks.
The district is very proud of these student leaders and the path they are embarking on! #TigerPride
