Here are the daily announcements for today, 12/16/24:

•The JFS Music Department is having two winter concerts! The 6th Grade Band, Chorus and Orchestra will be performing in the Middle School Gym Monday December 16th at 6:30PM and the 7th/8th Grade Band, Chorus and Orchestra will be performing in the Middle School Gym on Tuesday December 17th at 6:30PM.

•Attention all 7th and 8th grade chorus members: there will be a full chorus rehearsal tomorrow during 4th period. See you there!

•Entries for the Tri Cities Writing Club are due on Wednesday, December 18th. Please see Mrs. Spaccaforno in room 226 for contest details and assistance.

•Drama Club will be meeting this Thursday, December 19th after school in room 315 from 2:20PM - 3:30PM.


•Student Council, Yearbook Club, and the School Store will have a combined meeting today from 2:30PM to 3:15PM in room 131. Please have your own transportation home.

•There will be a Sister to Sister meeting on Thursday, December 19th from 2:30PM to 3:30PM in Room 305. You must have your own transportation home. 6th graders may only attend if they have signed their member contracts. Miss Jasmine has extra copies of the member contract in the health office.

•There will be a movie night on Thursday, December 19th here at JFS from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. We will be watching Happy Feet, and free snacks and pizza will be provided. Please come in through the front entrance upon arrival.
